The project plans to use the entire complex of buildings that make up the Rocca as a "cuisine campus", which will host the following activities:
1) Cooking Academy: a vocational school that organises open courses.
2) 5-star Hotel
3) Spa-relax and Fitness areas featuring an outdoor swimming pool
4) Banqueting Halls
5) a shop for traditional local specialities linked to local cooperatives and consortia.
6) a Bar - Wine shop
7) a specialised library linked to the activities of the campus.
8) Apartments
